The mission of yoga for everybody is to offer a gentle Hatha Yoga style that is inspired by Ahimsa (non-violence). Working with affirmations (according to Yesudian) and integrating breathing exercises (Pranayama) as well as Yoga Nidra is a given. The intention is to make students aware of breathing and thoughts so they can eventually find harmony with their body’s movements. The yoga practice is a way of self-discovery and self-reflection leading to a more healthy and fulfilled life. The teaching and classes offer a safe framework on the yoga journey leading to the awareness of the body and mind connection.
